STARS IN THE HOUSE

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and theatres across the world closing their curtains indefinitely, SiriusXM host Seth Rudetsky and his husband, producer James Wesley Jackson, created Stars in the House, a daily live-streamed series to support The Entertainment Community Fund (formerly known as The Actors Fund) and its services.

Since the first show, Stars in the House has raised more than $1,300,000 to benefit The Entertianment Fund–and continues to do so. Creators Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley Jackson also received The Actors Fund Medal of Honor, a special Drama Desk Award and a Gotham Icon Award from the Museum of the City of New York for keeping the theater community connected, informed and uplifted during the pandemic.
